KARMET RESORT, KOH SAMUI
As one of the few places in Koh Samui that managed to stay reasonably busy on most weeks, Karma Resort felt it was important to capitalise on their unique selling point - the Instagrammable features of the property. The goals were clear - they wanted the video that builds on what they are known for - but in ways that had never been done - and a Covid-19 prevention video that reassures guests of their safety.

The first proper commercial that Karma Resort had ever commissioned since its opening. The video showcases the resort in the best possible way - and highlights the most Instagrammable features that the resort is so well known for.
Titled “Lost in Wonderland,” the video follows a person who is completely immersed by what Karma Resort has to offer.
With Covid-19 not looking to go away - and Koh Samui planning to launch “Samui Plus” from mid-July (2021) - the resort had to learn to live with it. This was precisely why Karma Resort commissioned us to create a Covid-19 customer journey video that highlights all the measures the property is taking to ensure the safety of their guests.
